An account is given of the type-specimens (holotypes and paratypes) of amphibians and reptiles in the Thailand Natural History Museum (THNHM), National Science Museum (NSM), Thailand. Detailed information is given on the specimens, their labeling and reference. Ten species of toads and frogs (Megophryidae, Bufonidae, Dicroglossidae, Rhacophoridae and Ranidae), sixteen species of lizards (Agamidae, Gekkonidae, Dibamidae and Scincidae) and three species of snakes (Colubridae) are enumerated. The species are listed alphabetically.
